Local Content delivery shall be coordinated across the HR, Business Development, and Operations Departments, ensuring that the provisions of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act, 2010 are embedded in recruitment, project execution, and service delivery.

Through the HR Department, we will recruit, train, and mentor Nigerians, with emphasis on host community engagement and long-term skills development.

Supporting Nigerian Enterprise

The Business Development Department will actively promote partnerships with indigenous contractors, suppliers, and service providers to enhance local economic participation.

The Operations Department will execute project management, engineering, and procurement activities within Nigeria to maximise retention of value in-country.

We will foster capacity building through structured training, mentoring, and exposure to advanced technologies, ensuring Nigerian personnel acquire the expertise required for sustainable growth.
